Shipping & Returns


Shipping:

We are located in Southern California and ship all over the world via USPS. All orders are sent in a padded envelope or box with tracking. 

Although we try to process all orders as soon as possible, please allow up to 10 (ten) days for your handmade item(s) to be it shipped. 

Returns/Exchanges:
All jewelry items are handmade to order, there are no returns. Please measure before ordering if unsure about your size.

If you need to exchange your jewelry item, please contact us via email at hello@balticmermaid.com within the first 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be unworn and in original packaging and may be exchanged for store credit.
*Please note the original shipping is non refundable. 
A return label willThank you so much for your order. I’m sorry that it doesn’t fit. I can exchange unworn items with original packaging for store credit and you can reorder the size you need.

All exchanges must be pre approved and mailed in a padded envelope or box. Do not mail in a plain envelope as items can be lost in transit.
A store credit will be issued via email when the returned item is received.  

All custom items and/or items with tailored sizes are final sale and no returns or exchanges.

If there is a manufacture defect with your item we will gladly repair it within the first 7 days from purchase date. Please send us an email at hello@balticmermaid.com within the first 7 days of receiving your item to discuss a repair or exchange due to defect.

Additional non-returnable/exchangeable items:

Crystals: All crystals and minerals are final sale, no returns or exchanges. If damaged in transit Baltic Mermaid LLC is not responsible for damage. Once item is in possession of mail carrier, liability is transferred to payee. Items are insured and damage or loss claims may be placed directly with USPS or UPS.


Gift cards

Shipping:  Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item back to us for exchange or repair, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.


WARRANTY

Jewelry warranty is valid for 90 (ninety) days from the date of purchase. Our warranty covers the string and clasp only. Beads are not covered under warranty as they are a natural stone that is not man made. Sleeping with the necklace on and using in water will void your warranty. For warranty claims please email us a photo hello@balticmermaid.com 

Customer is responsible for the return shipping back to Baltic Mermaid. 

Our warranty does not cover natural inclusions, broken beads, or color changes.
